As a resident of Silvergreen, you are entitled to half-board. You can choose between a variety of menus designed by our chefs, or even request a menu specifically adapted to your dietary needs or preferences.

We will always serve healthy, fresh, seasonal foods from local and sustainable sources.

Furthermore, there is an in-house restaurant if you prefer to eat out instead of in your flat.

We want every day in Silvergreen to be rewarding and full of possibilities.

As long as their papers and vaccinations are in order, your furry friend is welcome in our community and can live with you in your flat. However, out of consideration for other residents, we would ask that pets stay in only in designated pet-friendly areas.

Personalised concierge services. To get answers to questions, report problems, request repairs, call a taxi, book a plane ticket or buy a concert ticket… Whatever you need to make your life easier and more pleasant, you can ask our friendly concierge staff.

Spa. Our residents can access the spa whenever they like and enjoy its many benefits: it relieves pain, activates blood circulation, relaxes, and beautifies.

Community pool. To cool off at any time and enjoy a worry-free swim, entrance is free for community residents and is always supervised by a lifeguard.

Hair salon. Because you like to take care of yourself and always look your best, this service is a must.

Laundry services. Wear your favourite clothes and enjoy the clean smell of your sheets. Leave the washing to our staff: they will take utmost care so as not to damage your garments.

Excursions. There are so many beautiful things to see out there that we organise frequent outings for the enjoyment of our guests. We provide transport free of cost.

All Silvergreen residents can access the primary care services provided by our partners at any time. But if they so desire, they may also hire other professionals. Other services, including nurse visits or other types of medical coverage, are offered on a fee-for-service basis.

We will be there to assist you immediately. At Silvergreen, medical professionals are available 24 hours a day, and all flats have an emergency alert system. Our residents can let us know about an emergency at once and receive assistance even if they are alone in their home.

No. Our residents live in a community, but they are independent, with no strict schedules to follow. Residents live as they wish, respecting normal community guidelines (as they would anywhere).

Our flats aren’t just places to live – we want our residents to feel truly at home. That’s why, although we offer completely furnished flats if desired, all Silvergreen residents can decide on their own style, decoration and furniture.

The rent fee (one-time and monthly) includes much more than your flat: it includes maintenance and cleaning, laundry services, half-board and necessary transports for primary medical care or Silvergreen activities.

The rest of Silvergreen’s services are available for an additional monthly cost, depending on the service.

You decide who to invite into your home. During their stay, visitors can also enjoy our community’s facilities and services.

In our community, you enjoy your independence, but you will never be alone.

In addition to sharing your day-to-day with other residents and future friends, you can count on our staff to make your life easier and more comfortable: healthcare professionals, financial advisors, housekeepers, fitness instructors, guides, repair services, therapists, beauty and wellbeing specialists…
